Paul Daley's notorious fight with Josh Koscheck is back in the news almost 15 years later.
MMA fans called for a 0-2 hunter to be cut because he pushed his opponent after the fight in UFC Seattle.
UFC boss Dana White rejected the scuffle as “nothing” during a press conference after the event.
But he had a very different reaction when Daley went a step further at UFC 113 in May 2010.

Furious Dana White fired Paul Daley for Sucker Punch
Paul Daley and Josh Koscheck were engaged in a heated word war for their good weight collision.
When they finally fought, the British KO artist three rounds on the ground was dominated by Koscheck.
Before the unanimous decision gain of the American wrestler was announced, Daley walked towards him and landed a disgusting fool at a shocking moment that UFC commentator Joe Rogan described as “terrible”.
Dana White was so furious about the incident that he immediately handed Daley a lifelong prohibition of the UFC.
“He is ready,” said White during a press conference after the fight.
“I don't give it the way he is the best 170-ponder in the world. He will never come back here.
“There is no excuse for that. These guys are professional athletes. You never hit a man as far after the bell, whether you are frustrated or not. It was probably one of the stupidest things I've ever seen because he is a talented man, and he is one of the best 170-ponders in the world.
“I don't care if he is fighting all over the world in every show and becomes the best and everyone thinks he is the best pound-for-pound best in the world, he will never again fight in the UFC. Finished!”
Where is Paul Daley now?
White kept his word and never signed Daley, who then became a British MMA legend.
'Semtex' still had 30 fights in various MMA promotions, including StrikeForce and Bellator.
Jorge Masvidal, Erick Silva and Lorenz Larkin are just a few of the hunters he defeated after his UFC release.
Daley also shared the cage with Nick Diaz, Rory Macdonald and Michael 'Venom' page before he retired in 2022.
Many legends rush back to fighting to cash in on the crossover rage started by Floyd Mayweather.
So far, Daley has succeeded in making his pension stick, despite receiving lucrative comeback offers.
“In my head I am done with all the combat sports. There are always seductive offers that come out of the woodwork, but for me I think the whole combat thing is ready, “Daley Talksport said before his pension fight.
“I'm a man without ego. If the worst comes to the worst and what I have planned, will not be fine, I get a weekend job from myself [UK supermarket] Tesco and stack a few shelves for a little change. “
