Fabian Edwards reveals Leon's immediate response to UFC London Change

With Jake Noecker via Home of Fight, Fabian Edwards revealed that Leon's immediate response to the change of opponent was one of 'so what' – as in, what, other name, the same outcome.

“To be honest, when we had the change, he just said” F-it, I think I'm the best in the world, so why does it matter who I fight? ” … and that mentality has shown me as 'Okay, let's go' he looks good.

“The reaction was a bit like” if you can't do anything about it, what is the next? ” – The only thing we mentioned was” is the show still on, yes, we can find an opponent, yes, ok then f – it, let's go “… He has prepared himself hard, so he didn't want his hard work to be lost.”

Fans expect on a large scale that this new welterweight scrap will come out if you are typical striker versus grappler -matchup, although Fabian believes that the fight goes everything and what way 'Rocky' wants.

'I think it's going down [depending on] How Leon Vecht and no matter how Leon chooses [fight]To be honest … he will be looking to get a victory back and get himself back in title conflicts.

“That is why he is looking forward to this and it doesn't matter who stands for him, he is fighting for the past six years now, so it's no different.”

Leon Edwards vs Sean Brady Headlines A 'stacked' UFC London card

It's a shame that we don't get Edwards vs della Maddalena as expected; The incoming matchup with Brady, however, remains a solid way to conclude what a great night of UFC action should be.

In the Co-Main event, former light heavyweight Jan Bachowicz is against 11-1 Carlos Ulberg in a fight that could very well determine who is the next one for the winner of Alex Pereira vs Magomedov Ankalaev on UFC 313.

Popular veterans Kevin Holland and Gunnar Nelson are also ready to throw, with the Fight Night Card who otherwise has a whole series of British and Irish talent.

Molly McCann in particular returns to action against Istela Nunes, while Nathaniel Wood adopts it on the flashy French prospect Morgan Carriere.

UFC London will also include Jai Herbert, Lone'er Kavanagh, Caolan Loughran, Mick Parkin, Christian Leroy Duncan, Shauna Bannon and Jordan Vucenic.

UFC Fight Night: Edwards vs Brady goes live from the O2 Arena in London, England, on Saturday 22 March.
