Lionel Messi admitted that he 'was not happy every day' in Paris Saint-Germain and 'Not enjoyed' playing for the Ligue 1 Giants.
The eight times Ballon d'Or winner joined PSG for a two-year deal in 2021 after his forced departure from Barcelona.
Messi won two Ligue 1 titles and was directly involved in 67 goals (scored 32, assisted 35) in 76 performances in all games under Mauricio Pochettino and Christophe Galtier.
The winner of the World Cup 2022, however, chose not to extend his stay at PSG, instead switching to MLS -Franchise Inter Miami in July 2023.
And Messi told Apple Music's Zane Lowe that he was far from satisfied during his time in the French capital.
“Come to play for Inter Miami was an opportunity, and the way things developed during my last years in Paris – although it was a decision I had to make on the way because I had to leave Barcelona – I continued for two years that I didn't enjoy.
“I was not happy every day, with the training, the competitions. I had a hard time adapting to that everything. I felt called to come to Inter [Miami] Because it is a club that grows, very new, with a few years as a club. “
Messi has scored 36 goals and gave 20 assists in 42 performances since he came to the Reigers, with whom he won the supporters' screen of last season, although they members a premature MLS play -off exit members.
And the 37-year-old is looking forward to Miami, who organizes the extensive Club World Cup later this year.
