Ruben Amorim is ready to become ruthless in his efforts to make struggling Manchester United a great strength again.
The Portuguese boss insists that he will be brutal to those who are.
United would like to get Casemiro's enormous wages from the books, borrow Marcus Rashford and Antony for the right price, while even the misjusy duo Rasmus Hojlund and Joshua Zirkzee could go.
And Amorim, 40, says he does not bend his muscles because of it – but nobody will doubt his ruthless stripe when they see it.
Prior to the hosting of Fulham in the FA Cup, he said: 'I am not like to show strength.
“If the team tries, and I understand that they try, but they can't do it, I am not relentless.
“But if I feel that it is something that the team will harm, then I am quite ruthless.
“Everyone understands that you sometimes stay in football, sometimes you have to continue.
“If I know how to explain it, I will do this because I like to be clear.
“I was a player and I like to use that experience – if you are honest with someone, they can take it.

“In the beginning it may be difficult, but they will understand.
“I am honest with my players and sometimes they know that they have to continue at the end of the season.
“We can eventually talk about that – now there are still many games to play. But that is clear and not a difficult situation. “
Amorim's first 16 Premier League matches have only yielded five victories – and no fewer than eight defeats.
He also set the record for the least number of games to reach five premiums for home in the United History after just seven – half of the previous record of 14 set by David Moyes.
Amorim knows it wasn't good enough.
But despite the wrestling start of life at Old Trafford and poor results so far, he still has the support of the majority of fans and former United players.
Amorim spoke with Rio Ferdinand with TNT -Sport: “I feel that [people believing in me].
“At the same time I am ashamed of this, because if you look at our performance and you sometimes see our team on the field, it is really difficult for me as a coach to take many positives.”
