Cody Brundage illuminated the UFC Apex with one of the wildest knockouts of the year at UFC Vegas 103.
Middleweight Cody Brundage conquered several times without his mouthpiece to collapse Julian Marquez at the UFC Vegas 103 Co-Main event.
Although the UFC Vegas 103 Co-Main did not have a high name value, Brunge and Marquez did not disappoint as long as the fight lasted. The two middle weights wanted to make a statement and get a step closer to a place in the top 15.
Marquez had Brunge in early problems in the first minutes of the fight and stumbled Brunage on the feet. But Brunnage bounced back after a blow from Marquez had eliminated his mouthpiece, forcing the referee to step in and to stop the fight briefly.
After the mouthpieces of Brundage and Marquez both hit the canvas a minute later, Brundage conquered the short break to flatten Marquez with punches. Some wondered why the chairing referee chose to stop the action in seconds to give back their mouthpieces.

Regardless of the bizarre last minute of the fight, it was an impressive version of Brunge, who bounced back after back-to-back winless outings. After a loss of submission for Bo Nickal on UFC 300, Brundage fought against a no-contest against Abdul Razak Alhassan due to illegal elbows.
UFC Vegas 103 conquered a slow start with an entertaining main map
The victory of Brunge was one of the few striking versions at the UFC Vegas 103 -head card. Manel Kape concluded the event with an impressive finish from ASU Almabayev.
Sam Patterson started the main map by Danny Barlow to give his loss of the first career. To close the prelims, heavyweight Mario Pinto earned one of the wildest knockouts of the year on the former NFL -striking Austen Lane.
Nasrat Haqparast defeated Esteban Riabovics and continued to call on UFC Fan Favorite Renato Moicano for his next fight.
The UFC returns next weekend with UFC 313, with a light heavyweight headliner between Alex Pereira and Magomed Ankalaev.
