Fans were critical of Kape's multiple eye swipes on social media.

Despite the controversy, not all reviews of Kape's performance were negative.

Kape moisture pantoja in his UFC debut in 2021 and lost to the final flying weight holder through unanimous decision. After losing back-to-back to start his UFC official period, KARE won six of his last seven fights.
