Isak’s Liverpool ‘persuasion’, Mo Salah ‘disappointment’, pressure on owners

Newcastle United demands a Premier League record for Alexander Isak in an attempt to warn Liverpool.

The Reds have recently been associated with a move for the Swedish star, which has been one of the best players in the Premier League for the past 18 months. Reportedly, Newcastle is looking for at least £ 150 million, three years after he signed him for £ 63 million from Real Sociedad.

Arsenal is also supposed to be interested in Isak, who was previously described as the dream goal of the Gunners. Whether it is the side of Arne Slot or Mikel Arteta, a fee that would crush the current £ 115 million Premier League Record deal in which Chelsea Moises Caicedo from Brighton and Hove Albion should be obliged to close a deal for rush hour.

While the Premier League leaders are said to follow a movement for Isak, Mirror Football looks at what is happening behind the scenes.

Alexander Isak's Liverpool 'Persuasion'

According to Sky Sports, the representatives of Isak have had contact with Liverpool. It is believed that the MerseSiders count on their size, reputation and recent success to leave Isak in the setting up of sticks and to join them.

It has also been claimed that Liverpool will promote an officially written proposal for the magpies in the summer. Although the Reds have used a wide range of analytical techniques to try to trace young and cheaper talents, they would be willing to leave this strategy to sign a best-in-class attacker such as Isak.

However, this is all probably dependent on the future of Mohamed Salah, who is still in the air.

Mohamed Salah disappointment

At the moment, at the end of the campaign, Salah seems to go to Anfield's exit door earlier. The Egyptian, who has contributed 30 goals and 22 assists this season, can leave Liverpool for nothing if he does not sign a new contract before 1 July.

In view of the fact that his target contributions seem to win the Premier League, fans of Liverpool would undoubtedly be stripped to see the ex-Chelsea ahead. Although his current legacy is not at the level of Salah, ISAK has proven to be one of the best goals in the world.

If the Reds Salah were to replace with Isak, it would be a huge way to banish every disappointment from the supporter to the exit of the Talisman of the Reds.

Liverpool -Print on owners

Isak is the best player of the Magpies and the most powerful threat – and an astronomical offer is needed to convince the club to make the Swede leave. Sky also claims that Isak may have to take a number of steps if he decides that he wants to join Liverpool.

Newcastle will keep the cards in negotiations, given their enormous wealth and the fact that Isak will be contracted in St. James' Park until 2028. In the same report, the Reds may need some extra pressure from Isak and his representatives to get a deal over the line.

The future of Isak will remain up for the time being and can be influenced by the taste – if present – of the European football Newcastle qualify at the end of the season. He recently spoke to speculation and said: “This is something you get used to. Sometimes you see things that make you laugh, or things that are not good. No, it's just a part of football. It shouldn't really disturb you too much.”
