Bellingham speaks on possibility of Alexander-Arnold joining Real Madrid in 2025
Jude Bellingham will undoubtedly be one of the players Real Madrid rely on in their Champions League clash against Liverpool on Wednesday night. Due to the absence of Vinicius Junior, the 21-year-old midfielder, who will play in his home country, will undoubtedly gain more fame.
Bellingham will face the club who tried to sign him in the summer of 2023, before he joined Real Madrid. He announced this interest when speaking to the media ahead of Wednesday's match, according to Diario AS.
'It wasn't as close as it was said. There were conversations. There was Dortmund and I did it with different clubs. When Real Madrid calls you, there are vibrations throughout the house. It's not the fact that the others weren't good, it's that Real Madrid are at a different level.”
Bellingham also spoke about close friend Trent Alexander-Arnold, who he could face on Wednesday. The Liverpool defender has been heavily linked with Real Madrid in recent months before his contract expires at the end of the season.
“I will be by his side with the national team, so this is guaranteed. He is a Liverpool player and talking about his future is disrespectful. The most important thing is to take the pressure off. He is a great friend and I wish him all the best. But tomorrow we won't be so kind!
