Real Madrid star joins Mbappe and Bellingham in trademarking celebration

In recent weeks, Brahim Diaz has become more and more prominent in Real Madrid, after he was decided on the field – the most recent during the Madrid Derby earlier this week, in which he scored the winning goal in the Champions League round of Los Blancos of 16 first leg against Athletico Madrid.

Brahim has largely been a team player for Real Madrid since he returned to the club in the summer of 2023. Nevertheless, he has impressed during his limited minutes, with 18 goals and 14 assists that have collected more than 81 performances – many of which have been as a replacement.

The recent suspensions of Jude Bellingham in La Liga and the Champions League have given Brahim the chance to start and he has known his chance. In addition to the nets against Athleti, he also scored the only goal of Real Madrid in the defeat at Real Betis last weekend.

When Brahim finds the back of the net, he celebrates in a typical way – by shoulders. This has become iconic for supporters of Real Madrid, and now the 25-year-old has chosen his celebration, as reported by Diario ALS.

Brahim has reserved the exclusive use of his gesture in the intellectual Property Office of the European Union and became the third Real Madrid player who does this after Kylian Mbappe and Bellingham. According to the report, the Moroccan international born in Spain has taken this step to 'protect' his celebration, which has a deep meaning for him.

Real Madrid will hope that the celebration will continue to appear between now and the end of the season. Brahim is a very valuable member of the team of Carlo Ancelotti since his return of AC Milan 21 months ago, and he should continue to do this, provided that he remains content that mainly plays second-Viddle for Vinicius Junior, Rodrygo Goes, Mbappe and Bellingham for the coming years.
