UFC 313 took a big hit just a few hours before the start of the event.
On Saturday evening the largest UFC event of the year so far takes place when UFC 313 touches in the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
In the main event, Light Heavyweight Champion, Alex Pereira seems to successfully defend his title for the fourth time when he takes on Magomed Ankalaev, looking for a record by Jon Jones.
In anticipation of their long -awaited main event, their rivalry was warmed up during the fighting week, where both Pereira and Ankalaev have sent each other warnings.

UFC 313 loses 2 fights only a few hours before the start of the event
The main event is not only a blockbuster matchup, but there are also some seductive fights spread over what a 12-fighter card was.
The Co-Main event sees an incredible rematch between Justin Gaethje and Rafael Fiziev, after their first meeting in 2023, caused fireworks when Gaethje took the majority decision in their battle of the annual candidate.
The prelims also include a history making between Joshua van en Rei Tsuruya in the flying weight division, where the Japanese hunter wants to retain his undefeated record.
However, before that was a planned featherweight battle between Chris Gutierrez and John Castaneda, but the promotion announced only a few hours before the start of the event that a disease on the side of Castaneda led that that match was canceled.
However, that is not the only hit that the UFC 313 card has taken. Former UFC Interim heavyweight title candidate, Curtis Blaydes was planned to hire promotional newcomer Rizvan Kuniev.
'Razor' Blaydes wanted to go back from his loss to Tom Aspinall last July, but unfortunately the 34-year-old bad hours fell before the start of the event, which resulted in a cancellation of the heavyweight fight.

And with that there is a new bolt order for the coming fights.
Opening Up The Night is a middleweight fight between Djorden Santos and Ozzy Diaz, who is then followed by a featherweight fight between TUF winner, Mairon Santos and Francis Marshall.
Carlos Leal then assumes Alex Morono on 170 pounds, before Brunno Ferreira seems to return to the win column when he takes on arms Petrosyan at 185 pounds.
Now the prelim section of the event leads the aforementioned history making fight between flying weights, and Tsuruya.
