Sir Jim Ratcliffe praised the heavy treatment of Ruben Amorim of Manchester United Trio Marcus Rashford, Antony and Alejandro Garnacho.
Amorim had a rough start of his term of office after taking over in November, where tense situations were treated, such as borrowing £ 81 million signing of Antony to Real Betis and Rashford to Aston Villa until the end of the season. He also excluded Garnacho from United's Squad for the Manchester Derby due to poor performances in training, but the Argentinian has since returned Amorim's faith by regularly being in the start 11.
While Garnacho is impressed by flashes, both Antony and Rashford have hit the ground in the Benito Villamarin Stadium and Villa Park respectively. Coinciding with their new lease contracts of life, his United Rasmus Hojlund and Joshua Zirkzee have been to goals.
Despite the contrasting periods of the form of the United attackers and the improved versions of Rashford and Antony Wegwet van Old Trafford, Ratcliffe supported the player management style of Amorim.
Ratcliffe, when Gary Neville was asked to overlap if he supported the difficult tactic of Amorim, said with confidence: “I do, yes (support Amorim's handling). I think he is doing the right thing with the players.
“He must be in charge of the dressing room. You played in the dressing room, where the boss was in charge at the end of the day. He has a series of principles and he wants the players to adhere to his set of principles, which you must be fully and completely committed to win the next football match.
Until now, Amorim's tactical choices have not been moved from United of the 14th, the position they were stuck when he took over after Erik ten Hag was fired.
In the meantime, Rashford may not have scored in Villa Park, but he has been a radius of positivity in the midlands. With an impressive count of three assists in eight games, including setting up both goals in the crucial 2-1 victory over Chelsea, fans wonder if United should have let him go. Nevertheless, Ratcliffe had only praised for the decision to remove Rashford from the club.
The Ineos boss said: “He moved from Manchester and maybe that's a good thing for him. I am very happy that he is doing well. It's good to see because he has enormous talent.
“But for whatever reason it has not worked in Manchester in recent seasons. But he is a very talented football player, Rashford.”
United is then opposed to a determining second stage against Real Sociedad in the Europa League. While United is preparing for the La Liga Giants, Rashford will prepare for Villas Champions League-Tweede Stage against Club Brugge, which had already been involved in the 3-1 first legs Triumph in Belgium.
