Manchester United's plans for a brand new £ 2 billion stadium have attracted some negative reactions.
United revealed images and images of the 100,000-seats super soil that they intend to build in the vicinity of Old Trafford.
An Old Trafford Regeneration Task Force – organized by minority owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe – confirmed plans to demolish the legendary stadium of Man Utd and to build a brand new house on an adjacent country.
The Red Devils hope that their new house will be ready in five years.
Architects at Foster and Partners, who will design the project, said that the stadium would have an umbrella design.
And that is what some fans have let talk on social media, because some of them believe that the tent around the stadium makes it look like a “circus”.
Some of them even compared it with Budget Holiday Park Butlin's Minehead, where MAN Utd Super Fan Luke Littler won the UK Open Darts.
The Manchester Giants undergo their worst ever Premier League season that has seen them fall to 14th place in the table.
And some decided to pour some salt into the existing wounds after seeing the unique design.
A fan tweeted: “Fair play to Manchester United because he had the self -consciousness to place a gigantic circus tent around their new stadium.”
