Sporting Lisbon's much sought after striker Viktor Gyokeres is reportedly interested in joining three Premier League clubs this summer.
Gyokeres, 26, looks at a return to the UK after having played earlier for Brighton, Swansea and Coventry.
The Swedish attacker has been in phenomenal form since he came to Sporting in 2023 and scored 82 goals in 90 performances, with many of those who come under the current head coach of Manchester United Ruben Amorim.
A reunion with Amorim in Old Trafford has been disputed, but it is clear that Gyokees does not like to move to United.
According to Portuguese Outlet a Bola, Gyokees has preferred a transfer to Liverpool, Arsenal or Manchester City.
The report states that it is 'inevitable' that Gyokees goes sport at the end of the season.
He has a release clause of € 100 million (£ 84 million), but it is believed that Sport would accept an offer of € 70 million (£ 59 million), even though their Talisman was contracted with the club until 2028.
A switch to England is not guaranteed, with Real Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern Munich and PSG potential alternative destinations.
But Gyokees has made it clear where he sees his future in a possible blow to United.
Goals are hard to find this season in Old Trafford, with Rasmus Hojlund currently at a drought of 19 games, while Joshua Zirkzee is still trying to find his feet after his £ 36.5 million move from Bologna last summer.
United is expected to arrive a new striker prior to the following season, but their chances of landing Gyokeres seem to be slim.
Liverpool and Arsenal are probably also on the market for a new NO9, and they could look at Gyokees.
A move to the city seems less realistic, given that the side of Pep Guardiola currently has Haaland that led the line, who signed a new deal earlier this season to keep it in the club until 2034.
