Villa defender Torres: Juventus clash special night for fans

The Villans will entertain Juventus at home to Villa Park on Wednesday evening.

Although the Italian giants will be favourites, Torres believes his team can continue their impressive season.

Torres stated before the match: “It's special for us and also for the supporters.

“They waited many, many years to feel this competition again.

“We started very well and gave them great nights here at Villa Park.

“We want to enjoy with them, give them a victory after a long time.

“We are focused on that and we want to enjoy it with them.”

“We are in a good position in the Champions League this season,” the centre-back added.

“We started very well, we obviously lost a good chance against Club Brugge.

“We feel comfortable at home, we know that just like Bayern Munich, Juventus are also favorites for tomorrow.

“But we know that when we are at our highest level, we concentrate 100% and can beat them.

“So we'll try to get that win tomorrow.”
