Dan Burn and Myles Lewis-Skelly are both in line for their debut in England after they first called to the team by head coach Thomas Tuchel.
Thirty-two-year-old Burn never recorded at any level for England, but this season has made 27 Premier League performances for Newcastle United.
In the meantime, Lewis-Skelly only made his senior debut for Arsenal in September and, despite being only 18, became an important player for his club in the course of the campaign.
It was mainly used as a left back, but can also go to midfield and has made 25 performances in all competitions this season.
Burnley goalkeeper James Trafford and Liverpool -defender Jarell Quansah will also hope for their first senior caps, even though they have been called before.
Elsewhere, both Jordan Henderson and Marcus Rashford are recalled on the national side.
Henderson, 34, moved in 2023-24 to Ajax from Saudi-Kant al-Attifaq to increase his chances of playing for England, but his international career had appeared when he was omitted from the Euro 2024 team.
In the meantime, Rashford was again a controversial omission of the European Championship of England in Germany after a decrease in form in Manchester United.
Although he still has to score during his loan in Aston Villa, the 27-year-old Die has previously offered 60 England caps-four assists.
