Van Dijk supports Alexander-Arnold replacement
Virgil van Dijk believes that Jarell Quansah is ready to perform and to replace Alexander-Arnold after the Liverpool right back was excluded from Sunday's final. With Conor Bradley and Joe Gomez also injured, it is expected that Quansah will fill in for Alexander-Arnold, who was injured against PSG.

Dominik Szoboszlai has sworn to give 'everything' to beat Newcastle for 12 months after he was excluded from the last Carabao Cup final due to injury. Liverpool's no. 8 missed last year's victory against Chelsea, but he enjoys the chance to play at Wembley and cancel a trophy.
“We are ready to fight,” Szoboszlai told Club Media. “You never know who is going to play, but it doesn't matter on our side that plays in midfield – everyone is ready to fight and everyone is ready to give everything for the team.”
