AJ Cunningham dropped two weight distributions

On March 2, 2024, AJ Cunningham made his UFC debut, fights against lightweight and losing via the first round knockout after a brutal front body kick from ľudovít Klein.

Realizing change was necessary, the American went back to the drawing board and made a drastic decision.

In an attempt to get the maximum out of his assets, the sportsman decided not to reduce one, but two weight classes.

Although the idea was great, the implementation could not have been easy, with the athlete probably pushing its limit in recent months.

But in a proof of his determination, he successfully achieved a bantam weight.

Now he has an even more difficult task ahead, because tomorrow night he will be toe to toe with Su Young You, in a collision that he simply cannot afford to lose.

Dana White said he had to cut unbeaten star while missing weight for UFC Vegas 104

Although Cunningham has received enormous credit for his dedication, not everyone is in the same boat.

This weekend's card had various weight missions, and it is fair to say that the MMA community is not the best satisfied.

In particular, combat sports enthusiasts have focused on a certain individual.

Although this competitor has an unbeaten record, fans have told Dana White to cut the talented hunter.
