
Tom Aspinall has finished talking about a potential UFC unification battle with Jon Jones
The interim heavyweight champion has been in conversation since November 2024 to combat 'bones'.

A few months later, negotiations for a fight between Tom Aspinall and the greatest of all time are still underway.

Caring carefully seems tired of waiting for his next fight date.
The 31-year-old has not fought anymore since he ended up Curtis Blaydes at UFC 304 in July in July.
Fans are concerned that Aspinall will be out of operation for a full year for Jon Jones.
The man himself recently concluded a question about what the biggest fight of his MMA career will be.
“I've had enough about it,” Aspinall told Jamal Niaz.
“I honestly get bored. We will see what happens.
'I am ready to fight when they tell me.
“Let me know, I'll be there.”

Dana White recently revealed the real reason that Jones vs Aspinall has not yet been booked.
The UFC -CEO was forced to comment after Aspinall blamed his rival for the apparent hold -up.
“Listen, Jon Jones absolutely wants to fight,” said White last weekend after UFC 313.
“Just when and where is what we are working on now.
“I have every confidence in that fighting takes place (this summer).”
UFC 317 will head the 13th annual international fight week of the promotion in June.
It seems the perfect time for Jones and Aspinall to unite the heavyweight division if all parties can agree with conditions behind the scenes
