Thomas Tuchel wants the stars of England to start digging out each other while the new boss starts to implement a new culture in an attempt to end up for six decades without a trophy.
The German held his first meeting with the team as a boss on Monday evening, in which he said they can borrow communication from American sports.
Tuchel, whose term of office starts in a global cup qualification against Albania on Friday evening, impressed the players in spelling his vision on success – as a result of a 'brotherhood' instead of bringing about a revolution in their playing style.
“The manager said that we really received 24 training days until the World Cup, so if you put it in perspective, it's not much,” said debut call-up then Burn.
“The first meeting was about mentality. It will not be where he can really implement a strong way that he wants us to play, it will be more how we are together and work on each other, push each other and not afraid to speak if something is wrong or something should change.
'When I was younger, I would struggle with things like that because you didn't want to disturb feathers, but I think you will learn the best about each other.
“If something is not right or you think you could push more, I think that's what we should be like if we want that ultimate goal to win the World Cup.”
Burn emphasized that Tuchel has already expected trust that 'everything will be done' to prevail in America next year.
“He said that he had spoken with players from previous tournaments and from other countries about the difference between going out in early rounds and what happened when they won it,” added the Newcastle defender.
'A lot was about interactions. He spoke about the NBA, that the best teams in the NBA are normally the teams that raise each other, pick each other up and have many of those interactions. '
