Revealed: What Van Dijk and PSG officials really spoke about inside Anfield after Champions League exit

Rumors that link Liverpool captain Virgil van Dijk with a summer movement to PSG are supposed to be wide of the goal.

The Dutchman still has to sign a new contract in Anfield, with his current conditions at the end of the season.

Many teams throughout Europe and beyond are said to be interested in the services of the 33-year-old, because speculation starts to catch.

Last week, images of Van Dijk Diep talked with PSG President Nasser Al-Khelaifi and Sporting Director Luis Campos in the Anfield tunnel for sure, after the exit from Liverpool to the French outfit in the hour before.

The video gave wind to the rumor mill and Van Dijk linked with a move to the side of Luis Enrique, but the conversation 'was not about his future', but in fact the two -legged round of 16 battle between the two sides.

The French journalist Julien Laurens has reported that there were no transfer interviews between Van Dijk and PSG.

Van Dijk is one of the three Liverpool stars whose future remains uncertain, with Trent Alexander-Arnold and Mohamed Salah also to further extend their stay in Anfield after this current campaign.

The 33-year-old has been left tightly at his future, although it was generally reported that he will probably stay in Anfield and sign a new contract.

Nevertheless, despite all the talk about his future, Van Dijk is still not sure what it means.
