Two goals in three second half minutes of Irene Paredes and Salma Paralluelo did the damage after Caitlin Dijkstra's own goal had placed the Spanish champions.
Wolfsburg will now have to destroy a deficit of three goals in the return bone that will take place next Thursday in the Estadi Johan Cruyff.
