Inter Milan struck to bring itself into a strong position to continue to the semi -final of the Champions League after winning the first stage of their last -like draw in Bayern Munich.
The German hosts dominated an attempt against the right post with England captain Harry Kane Curling for the first half hour, but they fell behind Inter's first shot on goal.

Marcus Thuram showed great skills to jump and drop the ball in the path of Lautaro Martinez with the Argentinian striker who made his effort with the outside of the boot in the roof of the net.
However, replacement Thomas Muller was leveled in the 85th minute with a goal that Bayern seemed to have saved from the defeat.
The 35-year-old announced last week that he would leave in the summer and end a 25-year-old association with the club, and he ended up close after the low cross of Konrad Laimer.

Inter quickly broke out of the field and the cross of Carlos Augusto was converted by replacement Davide Frattesi to ensure that the Italians would leave Germany a crucial advantage.
The defeat also ended the 22-match unbeaten home run of Bayern in the Champions League, dating from 2021.
The second stage at the San Siro will take place on Wednesday, April 16 with the general winners playing Barcelona or Borussia Dortmund in the two -legged semi -final.
Bayern's Allianz Arena organizes the final on 31 May.
