Michael Chandler told to look for his ‘next career’ if Paddy Pimblett beats him at UFC 314

Michael Chandler's time in MMA could end up on UFC 314 according to an ex-fighter.

The former triple Bellator Lightweight Champion then hit Hooker in 150 seconds to announce his UFC arrival in sensational style in January 2020, but he has been struggling in the Octagon since.

Michael Chandler has lost four of his last five fights against some of the best light weights in MMA.

Now he has set different levels to view Paddy Pimblett on Saturday night in UFC 314 in Miami.

Will Michael Chandler retire after UFC 314?

For a long time UFC Welterweight Matt Brown announced his retirement from MMA last May.

'The Immortal' believes that Chandler should consider following him from the sport if he loses at UFC 314.

“We really don't like to use that term, and we try to stay away, but I just can't see it that it is different from doing or that for him,” Brown told MMA Fighting.

“Or die, I think may not be the right word, but he himself said it very clearly:” It's a title or nothing. I'm not here to fight guys, just to make money or whatever. “

“The nice thing for Michael Chandler is that he has a lot of options. Win or loss this fight, he has a great brand, people love him. I think he would be a great commentator or an analyst, podcast type man. He really has a good voice for things like that. The potential for him is still there.

'[But] That is why I bring up podcasting and I am an analyst or a commentator. Because it's like losing Paddy Pimblett, you better start thinking about what the next career will be or the next path. “

Paddy Pimblett predicts a rapid finish on UFC 314

Pimblett plans to retire Chandler within the first 10 minutes of their collision.

The UFC 314 Co-Main Event DUO has recently been united for a joint interview to promote the map.

During their chat, 'The Baddy' predicted that he would win his biggest fight, but still very quickly.

“I think I'm going to finish Mike in two [rounds]”Said Pimblett.

“As I say, I think I can end this fight everywhere. He likes to wrap in his punches, so that I can see myself catching with a shot on the way inside, put him down. Or I can actually see myself subject. I see no way in which I lose, to be honest.”
