Cardiff City has fired Omer Riza and installed Aaron Ramsey as an interim head coach until the end of the season.
Cardiff is second soil in the championship, a point of safety after losing 2-0 in Sheffield United on Friday.
Riza got the job at the beginning of December after an impressive Stint as Interim -Baas after Erol Bulut was fired in September.
However, he was rejected after one win in the last nine champion matches.
“We want to thank Omer for his passion and effort during his time as a Cardiff City manager and wish him the very best for his next steps in the game,” read a club statement.
Wales legend Ramsey, 34, is limited to only eight championship performances this period due to an injury, but will now look to inspire his boys' club to survive about their last three games.
Chris Gunter, Joe Ralls, Tom Hutton and Matthew Bloxham will work on Ramsey's coaching staff.
