Pedro Neto's Last-Gasp winner helped Chelsea to keep their hope for Champions League qualification alive when they came from behind to beat Fulham 2-1 in Craven Cottage.
Fulham had taken the lead in the 20th minute by Alex Iwobi, with the low ride of the midfielder chose from the bottom corner after Reece James had picked his pocket.
But two goals in 10 second half minutes of replacement Tyrique George and Neto sealed a huge victory for the blues, who ended their eight-game Winless Run on the road.
Teen George needed only five minutes after he was introduced in the action to make an impact, weigh a first finish after the understanding of Bernd Leno.
The turning point was completed in the third minute of the second half of the stopping time when Neto turned perfectly to the cuts of Enzo Fernandez and planted the ball in the roof of the net.
The victory of Chelsea moves them to fifth place, for Nottingham Forest and Aston Villa, while Marco Silva's side remains ninth in the rankings.

Data Debrief: Neto saves blushes blushes
Chelsea has not succeeded in winning a Premier League match since a 4-3 victory over Tottenham Hotspur and left it late with a dramatic late turn.
