Trent Alexander-Arnold refused to discuss his future in Liverpool after his goal helped Arne Slot's side to a 1-0 win over Leicester City on Sunday.
Alexander-Arnold, fresh from his absence with an ankle injury, emerged from the bank to score the winning goal 14 minutes from time in the King Power Stadium.
Indeed, his competition -winning moment was the 23rd goal of his professional career in all competitions, but was the first he had scored with his weaker left foot.
The international of England drove away in a passionate celebration and removed his shirt before taking his way to the traveling supporters of Liverpool.
But after the game, Alexander-Arnold fell away from an Anfield exit, with reports that suggest that a move to Real Madrid is on the cards this summer.
“I said the whole season that I am not going to talk about my situation. I am not going into the details,” he said.
“But days like today are always special. Scoring goals, playing games, winning games, winning titles – they are special moments for me and I am happy to do my part.”

Liverpool's victory means that they still need a victory to win the Premier League title, but can be crowned champion before taking on Tottenham Hotspur next week.
Arsenal, who delayed the title celebrations of the Reds with a comfortable victory on Ipswich Town on Sunday, is opposite Crystal Palace in midweek.
If the Gunners did not beat the side of Oliver Glasner, Liverpool wins the title with five games of their remaining season.
“Of course, it was it [one of the best moments in a Liverpool shirt]. I scored a few goals here in this stadium, “Alexander-Arnold added.
We are now so close to winning the title and the first game is also back from injury. It was an important game for me. “
“I am pretty sure that it is my first goal of the left foot. It took a few years, but eventually came.
“Probably the only type of goal I missed, but I saved it for a good time. We are so close to winning – only one win now.
“To do that with the fans, is a very, very special moment here.”
