Jose Mourinho has chosen players for criticism after Draw against Kayserispor.
Fenerbahce and Kayserispor played an intense game, in which the visitors took an early lead through the goal of Ramazan Cielek. Fenerbahce, however, responded well, with Anderson Talisca right in the 36th minute.
The game has been taken back and forth, with Kayserispor the leadership back through his own goal of Dominik Livakovic. Allan Saint-Maximin once again watched the score for Fenerbahçe, before Talisca scored from the penalty spot to finally move the hosts, Fenerbahçe could not avoid a late equalizer from Sararstan, resulting in a 3-3 tie.
What he said
The journalist announced Mourinho that Kayserispor performed despite missing three players. The Portuguese had a fiery reaction and accused his players, especially the five he mentions for a bad outing.
“You told me twice about the missing players of Kayserispor. Why? Are the players 12-year-olds? What is your goal? 3 questions, you called the missing players twice,” Mourinho told Bein Sorts.
“The players who played instead of had ambitions. If you want to talk about the game, let's talk about the game. Every counterattack that our opponent made was dangerous for us. Szymkanski lost the ball in the second goal.
“We risked everything. Kostic, Skriniar never played in these positions before. And Nesyri could have ended the game, but it did not happen. We admitted the 36th goal after Fred lost the ball. Osayi could not close the area. We were very unhappy. After 3-3 Ball hit the post.”
