Richard Keys was involved in the heated debate in the air with former Liverpool star Jason Mcateer after following the silverware opportunities of the Reds next season.
The side of Arne Slot has completely, but has protected the Premier League title after a great campaign and can officially achieve the silverware with a victory over Tottenham on Sunday evening.
Despite their dominance in the competition, however, there have been a number of relevant aspects of the 2024-25 campaign for Slot and his silk.

As the season approaches its conclusion, Keys is torn in the opportunities of Liverpool to win a trophy next year and regretted the lack of competition in the title race.
Speaking at Bein Sports said Keys: 'It is not a vintage season, not through a piece of the imagination and villa that wins in midweek, does not prove what a good Premier League We have, it proves what a good Champions League has been.
'There have been no challengers for Liverpool throughout the season. Nowhere has it been a challenge. Of course they earn it, (but) it is not a vintage season. '
Although Arsenal had previously chased Reds in the campaign in the Tabel-Topping, Slot's Side now has a 13-point advantage with five more games.
Keys 'Co-Pundit McATer, who made 139 performances for Liverpool, replied:' What makes the vintage? '
Keys replied: 'When you got a good title race, as was the case with the Klopp team, and City vs Liverpool, Teen to Teen, three competed before (the title) and four were certainly competitive. The top teams this year they all deteriorated. '
Mcateer replied: 'If you want to frame it that way. First of all, the history books will say that Liverpool has won the title this year. They will not say how they did it.

Keys replied: “We have relegated three teams since January, since November no title challenge, the entire competition is tailored to three Champions League places.”
Mcateer then intervened to say: 'What you say is that the Premier League is not that strong, but we have five teams in European competitions. What do you say? '
He added: 'I say it is not a vintage season and I will continue. Liverpool won nothing next season.
'I give no opinion about the title of Liverpool. I just say it wasn't a vintage season. There has been no challenge '.
Keys also suggested that binding Mohammed Salah and Virgil van Dijk to new deals will not be sufficient for Liverpool when they enter the summer window.
In the meantime, Trent Alexander-Arnold is expected to leave the club for Real Madrid, given that he no longer has a contract in the summer.
