The Fighting Nerds star will take on the #7-ranged Welterweight Competier Ian Machado Garry in the five-round headliner of UFC Kansas City.
The things quickly heat between Machado Garry and Prates prior to their fight this weekend, while the Irish prates called a fake hunter for stopping in a fight that took place more than 8 years ago.
Prates has since fired back and shots on the 'boring' fighting style of Machado Garry, with more decision winnings than Ko's on his UFC -CV.

Prates and Machado Garry share a common opponent, who is multi -year welterweight competition Neil Magny.
Magny was called the 'gatekeeper' of the division for a large part of his career, while the veteran tested younger contenders, promising prospects and even a few former champions who wanted to go up the ranking.
