Barcelona fans have spoken to give their opinion about Ansu Fati after his first start in six months.
On Tuesday evening, Barcelona took another step in the direction of winning the La Liga title of 2024/25 with a 1-0 win over Real Club Deportivo Mallorca in the Lluís Company Olympic Stadium.
When the line -up before the match was mentioned, many fans were shocked to see that Barcelona star Raphinha was mentioned on the bench for the competition, replaced by Fati who earned his first start since October.
In the aftermath of the competition, fans from De la Liga Giants went to social media to give their opinion about the performance of the Spaniard, and it seems that many of them agree.
After the famous La Masia Academy, Fati has long been seen as a future star and a miracle member in Barcelona and yet the winger has difficulty setting himself up as a regular starter.
So far, Fati has only made 10 performances for Barcelona this season, with only five of them in La Liga, which means that fans wanted to see how he would go against Mallorca.
And it is safe to say that they were impressed, because Fati played a little more than an hour of the crucial victory.
Responding to Fati's performance in the game, wrote a fan: “Great performance of Fati Today he looked sharp for someone who hasn't played for a while. Would definitely start again with the next game against Real Valladolid.”
Another agreed and added: “Fati's associative intelligence is ridiculous; his ability to process spatial/temporary dynamics, and to anticipate passing networks is exceptional. In another universe, under Flick and his central prioritization, he is a very clearly serious Slagman.”

While it was noted: “Excellent 60 minutes from Ansu Fati. I refuse to hope too much, but I really liked it.
“He just generates so much football. Such great consciousness, technicality in small spaces and spatial recognition.”
In total, the 22-year-old 122 performances made for Barcelona, scored 29 goals and assists eight.
Last season, the young person loaned for some time in the Premier League for Brighton and Hove Albion, but failed to impress four goals in 27 performances.
