Goggins is a famous fitness influencer, former Navy Seal and record-posture endurance athlete.

The 50-year-old is considered one of the most difficult men on the planet by many.

Goggins put Tony Ferguson through 'Hell Week' before he fought against Paddy Pimblett on UFC 296 in December 2023. It did not help El Cucuy with a victory, but he seemed to be the fresher man after 15 minutes of fighting.

A day of training with goggins was enough for Adesanya, who spit his guts.

A short fragment of their training session was recently shared on YouTube by Alex Pereira's largest rival.

It shows that Adesanya does different types of exercises before they are in a gym container.

Since then Sean Strickland has dethroned and beaten in a rematch for 185 pounds of gold since Sean Strickland.

Adesanya thinks it's time for him and the crazy American to let it go back in the Octagon.

I told Hunter [Campbell]I already told my coach here, it's time. I know who, I have a feeling with whom I want to fight, “Adesanya told Goggins.” You will like this. I can get something back [on] Sean Strickland.

“No! You are going to him?” said goggins in disbelief.

Adesanya added: ā€œHe beat me honestly and square in Sydney, 5-0. I just threw my A-Slecht.

ā€œThat was one of the things that made me realize that I had to delay in my activity. I fought 3-4 a year as a champion. So I'm so, I'm going to go back now because I'm older.

“I do things differently. I don't want to apologize because he defeated me. But then I just want to show him if he has defeated me at my best. So this time I come in and I correct.”
