Mikel Arteta gave Arsenal “not to find enough consistency” against Crystal Palace while the Gunners were held into a 2-2 draw.
The Side of Arteta was tied twice in the Emirates Stadium and did not succeed in winning a Premier League match when he led twice for the third time under Arteta.
Jakub Kiwior and Leandro Trossard saw the efforts canceled by Ebereechi Eze and Jean-Philippe Mateta, who used a William Saliba error by keeping David Raya at a distance.
It was Arsenal's ninth Premier League-equal game in a match in which they led this season, the most by a team in one campaign since Tottenham in 2007-08 (also nine).
That leaves the Gunners 12 points behind leaders Liverpool with four more games, which means that the Reds need a single point to claim their Premier League crown.
And Arteta knows that his side “should have done better” against Palace.
“We are disappointed about the result and implementation,” he told Sky Sports. “We have not found enough consistency in actions to dominate the game. It is part of football and costs us two points.
“It can be difficult. In many aspects of the game we should have done better today.
“We require the consistency. Today they were highly organized and deserved credit. We have to do much better.”
Arsenal now focuses their attention on the Blockbuster Champions League Semi-Final First-stage of next week against Paris Saint-Germain at the Emirates.
“Today's quality was not there, compared to our last game [the 4-0 victory over Ipswich Town]”Trossard added.” We were nowhere close by and we were punished. We must increase the level with our big game.
“We want to win every game, in every competition. Especially after the last game we had a good feeling. We just have to be better. Sometimes it was just the basis; sometimes not going on the right foot or touching too much.
“It will be good to have six days now and to prepare for this [PSG] game with 100% focus. It will be a different version. “
On next Tuesday – together.

In the meantime, Palace claimed a moral -rejecting point for their own semi -final against Aston Villa in the FA Cup on Saturday.
The Eagles had given 10 goals in their previous two road races, and Oliver Glasner was happy that his side was able to stop the rotten.
'Credit to the players. The response [to recent results] Was great today. I am proud of what the players showed, “he said.
“We scored great goals. I watched many Arsenal games and I can't remember a team with as many clear opportunities as we had.
“We want to show our identity and personality. It is important to retain this energy and trust for the semi -final on Saturday.
“It was not our goal to determine the title, it was our goal to win the game. I think a draw is a very good result. More important is the performance. We are back on track. That is what we need.”
Mateta saved a point for Palace with his moment of individual sparkle only three minutes after emerging on the field.
And the top scorer of the Eagles revealed this season that he had carefully observed Raya from the sidelines, before he then carried out “one of the best goals of my career” with his daring long -term chip.
'When I started on the couch, I could see it [David Raya] Was very high on the field, “Mateta told BBC Sport.” So I knew that if I won the ball, I could try it, so I did and scored.
“It is one of the best goals of my career. I thought it was the bar, but luckily it was in it!”
At the meeting of Saturday with Villa he added: “We can go in with confidence and hopefully we will win the semi -final. It is a very big game for the fans, for everyone, and I can't wait to play.”
