‘He declined’ … Prime Mike Tyson offered $10K to smash a Silverback gorilla

If 100 men were to fight against a silver -back gorilla, a Prime Mike Tyson would have been the first in line.

There has been a lot of talk on the internet lately what it needs to beat a Silverback Gorilla.

Many users on 'X' suggests strengths in numbers to catch up with a 300-500LB gorilla with 100 'special' bodies.

Others tend to agree that it would be a suicide mission, given the raw power of the Zilverback Gorilla, the ability to lift their body weight and a bite of 1,300 PSI (pound per square inch) ten times, among other things.

Long before this online debate and his boxing match with Jake Paul came into existence, the legendary Mike Tyson wanted to test the heavyweight champion of nature in a Zoo in New York.

Mike Tyson once tried to buy a soapper to make him fight against a Silverback Gorilla

In 1986 a 20-year-old Tyson was at the top of the boxing chain and he became the youngest heavyweight champion in the boxing history and a record that still has to be broken.

It was around the same time that 'Iron' Mike turned an employee in the Bronx Zoo in New York City to open again and let him and then wife Robin Givens enjoy a date night around the animals.

“When we arrived at the gorilla cage, there was one big silver -back gorilla there just bullying all the other gorillas,” Tyson told the sun in an interview in 2020.

Tyson is the animal lover he is and is bullied as a child in Brownsville, the boxer in his Prime wanted to take a swing to the Alpha -man.

“They were so powerful, but their eyes were like an innocent baby,” Tyson said about the Silverback Gorilla.

“I offered the supervisor $ 10,000 to open the cage and let me hit the snot box of that Silverback!

“He refused …” Tyson said about the Zookeeper.

“When I trust a person to have a chance in this scrap … it's Prime Tyson,” wrote a fan on X.

Mike Tyson is still history at the age of 58

Next year will be four decades since Tyson's fight with the Gorilla fell through.

Tyson has never been to avoid a challenge and so far away from his Prime, the 58-year-old fought twice since he unveiled this insane silverback story.

Mike Tyson Boxed former champion and colleague legend Roy Jones Jr. In an exhibition fight in 2020 before he wrote history with Jake Paul in the most streamed sporting event of all time last November.

Paul vs. Tyson, the first pro -bolt of the boxer since 2005, achieved an average of 108 million viewers on Netflix from a full AT&T stage worldwide.

Against all expectations, Tyson would go the full 8 rounds with social media sensation, lose a moral victory for Tyson against a much younger and faster Paul through a unanimous decision.
