Williams stood up courageously, but Hunt quickly caught on and exploded a thunderous right hand on the jaw of his enemy, who forced the referee to jump in.
And it is fair to say that Joe Rogan was impressed by the performance, with the New Jerseyan who split it into an episode of the Joe Rogan experience.
He shone: “Mark Hunt defeated an undefeated boxer in Australia. He beat the guy. It was a fight where Mark Hunt has this big name, this other man is an undefeated, rising boxer. You have to see this fight.
“It was a crazy fight, and this man was a good hunter and they built him up.
“Bro, that right hand, come on, son. Mark Hunt has put it on people since the 90s. He stopped this guy.”
