Jonny Evans and striker among stars Wrexham could target after promotion to EFL

Manchester United star Jonny Evans is one of the most important goals of Wrexham as part of their Premier League -Push, according to reports.

The Welsh Club celebrated promotion until the championship in the weekend after Leyton Orient Wycombe defeated Wanderers.

It marked a record -breaking third consecutive promotion to reach the second level of England, just two years after the club of Ryan Reynolds and Rob Mcelhenney played in the National League.

The Hollywood -Duo, however, has made no secret of their ambition to reach the Premier League, and has made up a number of lucrative deals in an appropriate way to bring the club the competitions so quickly.

The championship will perhaps be the most difficult challenge of Wrexham, but a number of top flight players can become available to help them achieve their next goal.

Manager Phil Parkinson said that the club “was always planning”, but admitted that although they did not mainly talk about someone, they have a profile of goals that are free agents.

He said: “We have not spoken about anything. We have always kept an eye on players who are free transfers and will be available.

“I find it interesting because the leap in the salaries is incredible, amazing. Even those who come to this level is the leap to get players of championship quality expensive.

“But clearly the next level, I don't think people outside of football realize themselves.

“They think that players in League One should be several millionaires, but the drop-off of what people in the press read about Premier League players is huge.

“That is a challenge, but what we have always tried to do is ensure that the culture in the club is right.

“No superstars, no egos in the dressing room, and we have to try to get that balance good again, to ensure that the right people enter the building.”

Premier League internationals older than 30 years who are without a contract this summer can be ideal candidates to strengthen the team with a combination of quality, experience and feasibility.

The will of Man Utd's Jonny Evans, Newcastle's Callum Wilson, Everton's Michael Keane, Leicester's Jamie Vardy or even Manchester City's Kevin De Bruyne all fit in this category.

Although some of these names may seem far -fetched, Wrexham accounts show a remarkable robustness, making the possibility to make one of these signing sessions more realistic.

Clu brokkings that are about their season in League Two Show income from £ 26.7 million -what a figure is larger than seven championship clubs, including EX -Prem Champions Blackburn -with the average income for a club that does not receive a parachute payments to land around £ 22 million.

The sponsorship for that season had risen to £ 13.1 million from £ 1.8 million thanks to deals with United Airlines and Stok Coffee.

That figure is likely to rise when the next series of accounts appear and describe their League One books, while there will almost certainly be a new season of Disney+ Documentary “Welcome to Wrexham”.

The newest series of the show will premiere on May 16, whereby experts from the industry calculate each episode to be worth £ 300,000 for Reynolds and the production company of Mcelhenney.

Wrexham also has the third highest payroll in League One with an estimated total salary of £ 10.7 million this season, while working with a reported loss of £ 2.7 million and a reimbursement of £ 15 million to Reynolds and Mcelhenney.

The Times report that SUM comes from new minority owners, the Billionaire Allyn family, who have a background in medical devices and are described as the driving force behind the Premier League -Push of the club.

About the challenge of the next level, six -time promotional winner Parkinson's said: “I think everyone knows that the leap is huge.

'I remember taking up Bolton [in 2016-17]It was, 'Phew! This is huge! 'In terms of physicality and power in the division.

“But I am convinced that we will be good at that. I think that many difficult decisions will be made this summer, but let's see if we can build a team to compete at that level.”

Only two other clubs in English football history – Truro City (South Western League to Southern League between 2005 and 2009) and Shaw Lane (Sheffield and Hallam County Senior League to Northern Counties East Premier from 2011 to 2015) have reached four promotions about the English Pyramide.
