Alan Shearer tore in referee Slavko Vincic for making Arsenal's Champions League collision with PSG “very difficult”. The Gunners welcomed the French side in the Emirates on Tuesday evening for their semi-final showdown.
And PSG enjoyed a dream start through Ousmane Dembele. However, the game took a bend with constant stop settlements for errors, while Arsenal had both booked Leandro Trossard and Bukayo Saka for the break for controversial errors.

And Shearer also doubled his claims when the second period started, Vincic got a less than warm welcome when he came out of the changing rooms again. He added: “I was not impressed by his performance. I thought he wanted to be the star of the show instead of having the game flow.”
Vincic also left the Emirates in astonished halfway through the first half when Joao Neves produced a heroic block to deny Mikel Merino. Some fans thought that the hosts deserved a penalty for the challenge, where Vincic seemed to gesture to the penalty spot.

However, the decision went the other way, in which both Shearer and former Premier League referee Mark Clattenburg claimed that Vincic had 'confused' fans.
PSG also thought they should have had a penalty during the game when Khvicha Kvaratskhelia went under the challenge of Jurrien Timber. But the game was continued, where VAR chose not to participate.
There was more controversy to just come in the second period for a few minutes, because Arsenal thought they had scored the equalizer. Mikel Merino had gone home from the free kick of Declan Rice, but Var intervened to make the celebrations of the Gunners short.
