Khamzat Chimaev has launched a surprise attack on UFC Welterweight Champion Belal Muhammad.
The number one middleweight competition was apparently laser -oriented on his upcoming title shot.
Khamzat Chimaev will be facing a UFC Pay-per-View event at a UFC-Pay-per-View event later this year.
In the meantime, Belal Muhammad will defend his 170 pound belt against Jack della Maddalena in the UFC 315 Main Event on May 10, but that did not prevent him from exchanging shots with the 14-0 Russian on social media.

On Tuesday, Chimaev shared a photo of a pony with its 800,000 followers on X.
“Bully170 where do you go to Pony,” he wrote in Russian next to the image.
The 30 -year -old clearly meant to tag Mohammed, but he left the @ sign that was necessary to reach him.
Anyway, 'remember the name' quickly got wind from Chimaev's confusing ponypost.
Muhammad ignored the fact that he was compared to a small horse and simply answered the question in a way that fans made enthusiastic about a potentially middleweight title fight between him and Chimaev.
“Go to the middleweight,” he replied, with a photo of a photo of him who wore a “Muhammad vs Chimaev 't-shirt.

Last week rumors were swirling about du Plessis who sustained an injury that would set him aside for six months.
Fans were stripped on June 28 about his planned fight with Chimaev on UFC 317.
Du Plessis, however, quickly denied the 'false' rumors and insisted that he was fit and ready to fight.
On Saturday evening, UFC boss Dana White confirmed that the UFC title fight that everyone wants to see is official
“The du plessis vs. Khamzat is fighting, it happens,” he said after UFC Kansas City.
“It just doesn't happen in the International Vechtweek …
“That fight is done.”
