The report adds that Luiz would like to stop Juventus, while Lehmann wants to stay in Turin.
The midfielder is contracted in the club until 2027 and wants to record a regular place in the team after an injury season.
Lehmann, 27, has completed 90 minutes in a match in a match since her arrival of Villa.
The victory over Fiorentina, who won the title, was Lehmann's first start since she completed the match against Sassuolo in November.
