The first check that was shown in the video at seven weeks from his Co-Main Event competition, sees Pimblett Clock inside at 190 pounds, after he has already started his calorie counting diet.
A week on and Pimblett expressed frustration after his weight had only fallen by less than 3 pounds, and stated that he will have his last cheat meal before he gets even stricter.
After he slowly fell closer to the 180 pounds, his process was somewhat disturbed by a quick journey to Las Vegas for the press conference, but as soon as he returned, the weight really started to shift.

With two and a half weeks to go, Pimblett stepped on the scale just under less than 175 pounds, which had fallen by another four pounds by the time of his last sparring session.
48 hours to the weighing period and 'The Baddy' was happy to be on track with what he has weighed in the past with 170 pounds on the UFC scale.
After his last few training sessions and a water sessions that are in the bath and lie in a blanket of towels, Pimblett's weight was 157.2 in the night before the official weightings was 157.2, which means that he would probably be on weight without cutting as soon as he woke up on Friday morning.
Both Pimblett and his coach thought it was one of his easiest weight reductions in total.

Although Chandler is perhaps the ultimate professional when it comes to his diet and training, Paddy Pimblett had a considerable size when both men stepped into the octagon.
'The Baddy' continued to develop his skills during his UFC run, but his physicality has also been a large part of the improvements he has made.
Due to his strict diet with the help of his team, Pimblett has become one of the most impressive contenders in the division despite his eating habits after his fighting.
