The former midfielder of Tottenham and Everton debuted against AC Milan earlier this year, but took barely minutes before he was sent away.
Alli has not appeared since then, but CESC insists that the midfielder has not forgotten.
Como confirmed their Serie A status for next season last weekend and Cesc said: “I play those who train well and earn a place during the week.
“Dele Alli must continue to work. He had his chance in Milan, but was sent away and was then injured.
“If the right moment comes, it will just come.”
Como, now in 11th place on the Serie A table, meets Parma this weekend.
