Carlo Ancelotti praised Arda Guler's development after the young person played a key role in the 3-2 victory of Real Madrid over Celta Vigo.
Guler scored a stunning attack to give Madrid an early lead, with Kylian Mbappe adding a brace on both sides of the peace to keep the hosts firmly under control.
They were forced to keep a late fightback from the visitors, who brought back the shortage to a single goal by Javi Rodriguez and Willot Swedberg.
The men of Ancelotti, however, caught all three points to keep their LaLiga -Hoop alive.
“It is clear that the Guler of September is not one of today,” said the Italian in his press conference after the game.
“His physical profile has changed, his quality is still there, it is normal and of course. He treats it better. He has more confidence. If he makes a mistake, this is not the end of the world.
“Two months ago I gave him a stick and I think I should congratulate him because they did well with him.”

Madrid holds the victory within four points of Laliga leaders Barcelona with four games to play.
The top two will be confronted next weekend and Ancelotti, who has picked up his 100th victory in Liga as Madrid, acknowledges that the result will be crucial for the outcome of the title.
“We will get a great chance,” he said. “We have to prepare well. It is an almost decisive match.
“If we win, we have a point disadvantage, but we will have more opportunities if we can win.
“The competition must be serious, very important, and we are going to try to try. Despite everything we can fight in this competition. It's a wonderful thing.”
