The loot was shared in Stadio Renato Dall'ara, where Remo Freuler's second half strike has canceled the early effort of Khephren Thuram.
Thuram broke the impasse after just nine minutes and drove the heart of the Bologna defense before he drilled Lukasz Skorupski.
The Bianconeri seemed to be advancing their advantage, but Nicolas Gonzalez and Andrea Cambiaso were both refused by the offside flag.
It turned out to be crucial when Bologna was right nine minutes after the restart, with Freuder Pouncing to end after Juve had not treated a ball in their own punishment.
Both parties came close to winning it. Gonzalez saw a shot disappeared from the line, while Lewis Ferguson shot closely in the stopping time because the teams were forced to settle for one point each.
Juve goes up a place to fourth place at 63 points – level with Roma and Lazio – and one for Bologna in the seventh.
