In a video that was uploaded to his YouTube channel, the Brit said: “I just sparring to get better. I am not sparring to prepare for a fight. So it is really interesting for me that I don't have to work on a game plan in sparring.
“I can just practice my new techniques that I am currently working on, to practice new little things that I am working on.
“While, when I'm in the structure of a fight and in a training camp, I just sparring for my opponent and what he is doing well.
“At the moment I am not in a training camp of 12, ten or eight weeks, so I just sparring, work on things I want to work on, which is good.”
