Jose Aldo worried Joe Rogan after almost a riot caused at UFC 142
After he defended his title against Mark Hominick and Kenny Florian, Aldo was linked to 'Money' Mendes at UFC 142, which was his first UFC fight in his home country, Brazil.
Mendes came to the back of two impressive victories in his first title fight, hoping to put an end to Aldo's 13-Fight Win Streak and Historic Run in the Division.
Although Mendes it was thought that it was the best wrestler who had come across Aldo at that time in his career, the Brazilian showed his incredible Takedown defense from the very first round, also pelted mosages with crushing legs.
Towards the end of the round, Mendes had a body slot on Aldo and pushed him against the cage, but Aldo managed to break the grip and while he turned to the American, he landed a frightening knee and hit Mendes Cold.
However, it was the celebration that continued one of the most iconic moments of Aldo's career, sprinting out of the cage and first launched himself in Brazilian public to celebrate with the fans.
“He just ran from the octhoek and ran straight into the crowd. They swarm him now, this is crazy! He just ran out of the cage and ran straight into the crowd and there is an almost riot going on at the moment,” Joe Rogan responded.
The fans then pulled Aldo on their shoulders and wore him closer to the Octagon and established Rogan's nerves.
Joe Rogan does not comment on the potential definitive UFC fight of Jose Aldo
The old UFC commentator has been to the stand for the vast majority of Aldo's career and has been witnessing his greatness for several years.
On Saturday at UFC 315, however, Rogan will not be present to comment on what the last fight of Aldo under the UFC banner could be, depending on how the fight takes place.
Both Rogan and the UFC fan base will be hopeful that the legendary Brazilian still has a few more fights in him and will continue his career in the Hall of Fame.
