The future of Alejandro Garnacho in Manchester United continues to be questioned, but he has worked his way back to the starting line-up of Ruben Amorim at Old Trafford and is ready to start the semi-final second leg of the Europa League
Alejandro Garnacho insists that he is happy at Manchester United, in the midst of connecting uncertainty about the future of the winger. Garnacho has settled as a regular starter among United boss Ruben Amorim, since he had been completely omitted from the team for the 2-1 victory of December in Manchester City.
Argentina International Garnacho was associated this summer with a move to Chelsea or Napoli, where United demands at least £ 65 million for the 20-year-old attacker. “I think it's not easy if you change the manager and all the staff in the middle of the season,” said Garnacho. “It is difficult for everyone when a new manager arrives and we change the formation, but we only have to follow the rules and I try to improve every day.
“I think it is a bit difficult, but it is the mentality. The first two months, November and December, were very difficult for me, but my mentality is to keep working.
“In my mind it is always trying to work hard every day and show the manager that I have to play and that is all I have to do.
“I try to help the team and try to win games. We miss opportunities, but we train very hard, I Rasmus [Hojlund] And all strikers and we will try to do it better. We train hard to try to score more opportunities. “
Matthijs de Ligt seems to miss the Europa League collision against Athletic Bilbao on Thursday evening after he had been out of the training on Wednesday. United -midfielder Christian Eriksen has missed the session, but is expected to be available on Thursday.
