The next fight by Ilia Topuria all depends on the UFC 315 Main Event.
The UFC champion featherweight that moves to the lightweight division is one of the more fascinating storylines of 2025. After switching off Alexander Volkanovski and Max Holloway Back-to-Back, Topuria has gave birth to his world title on the promise of the 155-title earlier this year.
Ilia Topurias dropped one indication after the other with regard to his lightweight conquest, and confirmed days ago that he would fight on 28 June at UFC 317 at the International Fight Week of this year.
But to whom? That is the question that everyone wonders when we quickly approach UFC 317, which is still left without a main event.

Ilia Topuria -eyes Islam Makhachev, Charles Oliveira for UFC 315
Although there is many intrigues in a fight between Topuria and Islam Makhachev, the lightweight champion has all his eyes on a challenge for a second belt in Welterweight and recently met UFC Business Officer Hunter Campbell.
Makhachev could unsubscribe from a welterweight movement if his friend Belal Muhammad retains the Welterweight title against Jack della Maddalena on UFC 315.
As a challenger Della Maddalena wins, there is a possibility that Makhachev goes up with Topuria who has to fight another, former champion Charles Oliveira.
“It's Islam of Charles,” Topuria told El Hormiguero in Spanish, when he was asked about his next opponent.

It seems that we don't have to wait too long for the next fight from Topuria, because Muhammad and Della Maddalena will clash in the headliner of the UFC 315 this Saturday.
Waiting in the wings is champion Makhachev and Oliveira, the #2 lightweight competitions from a victory over Michael Chandler.
At the UFC 315 press conference, UFC CEO Dana White was asked whether the result of the Welterweight Title Fight between Muhammad and della Maddalena will determine the opponent of Topuria for UFC 317.
“There are now many moving parts and yes, that is fairly accurate,” White confirmed on Thursday evening.
