Barcelona took their sixth consecutive League F-title on Sunday in style, and drank 10-player Real Betis 9-0 on the penultimate matchday.
The victory moved Barcelona at 81 points, six free from Rivals Real Madrid with one more match.
Claudia Pina scored a hat trick, while Ewa Pajor and Alexia Putellas supplied both brackets. Esmee Brugts and Aitana Bonmati also came to the score sheet in a punitive attacking version.
Betis was not helped by the 27th minute red card from Paula Vizoso, because she polluted Pajor as the last player, and it was a result that saw their relegation confirm to the second division.
“This team works very hard to win titles. Everything comes from the start of the season, playing good matches,” Pina told Dazn.
“I feel good, taking the competition ball is the least important thing, I always try to help the team as much as possible.”
