Jack della Maddalena benefited from his moment in Montreal to achieve the biggest victory of his career so far.
The exciting striker was not the first name on the list to challenge the welterweight title, but that didn't matter on 10 May where Della Maddalena Belal Muhammad defeated.
Muhammad's approach was criticized after he has lost the title in his first defense on UFC 315, but you also cannot remove credit from his opponent.
Della Maddalena clearly did the work during his preparations to make a number of important improvements to his game, allowing him to leave the fight where he excelled.
A UFC fan favorite that recently made a surprising return to the promotion, did not see the fight go in the same way as the jury members, and he expressed his position on social media.

Jack della Maddalena spreads in Jeremy Stephens after he criticizes the UFC 315 Scorecards
Jeremy Stephens posted on X, formerly Twitter, where he claimed that Belal Muhammad should have lifted his hand on UFC 315, although he was rooted for Jack della Maddalena.
'Lil Heathen' was also critical of the loss of Jose Aldo against Aiemann Zahabi, which was certainly a controversial decision that led to the former champion retired.
The main event, on the other hand, did not seem to have a division with the vast majority of the MediaScores that reflect the jury members on 10 May with Della Maddalena who won the fight with one or two rounds.
“Belal won that fight. Wilde Maddalena but wow, again”

After leaving the promotion in 2021, to fight in the PFL and BKFC, Stephens returned to the Octagon at the beginning of the month where he stood opposite Mason Jones with Mason Jones opposite his hometown in Des Moines.
Della Maddalena gave his answer to the 51-Fight veteran via a post about his Instagram story, where he struck Stephens' complaints with a short insult, so that he made it clear what he thought of his opinion.
“Old Punch Drunk Jeremy”
Jack della Maddalena is perhaps a sneaky brutal trash can
When Jack della Maddalena is on the microphone, he is a relaxed character that is not already interested in becoming involved in drama or making some chaos.
However, this reaction is another example of the new Welterweight Champion that is not afraid to hand out some insults when the time is ripe.
Della Maddalena had stunned the MMA world with his destructive remark regarding Ian Machado Garry at the UFC 315 press conference on which he doubled after the fight.
We already know that 'JDM' is a force to take into account as soon as he steps into the octhoek, but it may not be the best idea to try it in vocal warfare.
