Michael Chandler remains hopeful that his next UFC fight will finally come against Conor McGregor after years of waiting for the Irish star.
Last April on UFC 314 Michael Chandler suffered a brutal loss in the UFC Octagon when he was battered by Paddy Pimblett on his way to a third round stop page.
In anticipation of their collision in Miami, the commitment to their fight was raised when Conor McGregor stated his interest to fight the winner of the fight, and then bet $ 50,000 on Chandler to win by Ko.
And despite the fact that Chandler left Miami, Conor McGregor teased that he is still interested in combating the All-Action hunter in a shock UFC Comeback.

Michael Chandler trains with Theo von prior to potential McGregor Fight
'The notorious' claimed that he would only return if he was able to come back and fight in a stadium, and has constantly explained his desire to fight at the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.
UFC Baas Dana White is ready to organize his very first TKO boxing event ever at the Allegiant stage, which may change your mind in the future about holding UFC events.
And with conversations about a potential fight against Chandler who continues to circulate, McGregor has posted training images on his social media.
Chandler is a hunter who stays in shape all year round and he was recently accompanied by the popular comedian, Theo von, for a training session.
Von is a UFC fan in heart and soul and has been seen at various UFC events in recent years, even praised by the fan base to get there early to sit through the prelims.
This is not the first time that the Louisianan has trained with Chandler and said earlier: “Oh, the big man of Chandler. Chandler is one of the most difficult guys I know. I go to the same gym as he. You can work with him, but you definitely have the feeling that you don't have the same blood as him.”
Conor McGregor still not in the UFC test pool for medicine tests
Although the former UFC Double Champion continues to tease a return to action, it still has to register a test session according to the UFC-Anti-Doping database.
And with that this means that his comeback is delayed at least six months until he has registered a test session.
Although he did not moisture last year, McGregor was one of the most tested athletes in the UFC and registered 11 test sessions prior to his planned comeback on UFC 303, which of course came through.
