Joe Rogan makes bold prediction about how NBA legend Michael Jordan would’ve done in the UFC

Joe Rogan believes that Michael Jordan could have been an MMA world champion.

The NBA legend won six championships and settled as the greatest legend of the sport during his Hall of Fame Run in the Premier League of Basketball.

Michael Jordan is 6ft 6in and weighs around 220 pounds and is considered one of the greatest athletes of all time.

Joe Rogan recently suggested that 'MJ' would have been the best in every sport he chose to strive.

Joe Rogan supports Michael Jordan to succeed in MMA

Commentator Joe Rogan was replaced on UFC 315 after he stated that he 'rather went to Russia' than to Montreal, Canada, for Belal Muhammad vs Jack della Maddalena.

MMA was still in mind when he recently filmed a podcast with colleague cabaretier, Tom Segura.

The pair considered how elite level athletes would do in other sports in the UFC.

Rogan insisted that someone like Jordan would almost certainly be a champion in MMA.

The only thing that would prevent him is if he started the sport too late.

“If MMA existed when Michael Jordan was still alive, he would probably be the light heavyweight champion of the world,” said Rogan. “He would probably find a way to go up F – everyone.

“It is also his drive and championship activity. There are just rare people who choose to concentrate on football or football or basketball or whatever it is. But if they place the same amount of energy at an early enough age …

“There are certain barriers that cannot be overcome and one of them is physical maturity. If you start boxing 36 years old, I don't care. You don't get a world champion, it's too difficult. It is what you saw with Francis Ngannou when he fought against Anthony Joshua.

Will Joe Rogan return to UFC 316?

Rogan is expected to come back to a comment obligation for UFC 316.

Merab Dvalishvili and Sean O'Malley will rematch for bantam weight in New Jersey on 7 June.

In recent years, Rogan has chosen international travel to work at UFC events.

With UFC 316 that takes place at home, he returns to the employment cabin next to Daniel Cormier and Jon Anik.

It will be the same for UFC 317, where Ilia Topuria and Charles Oliveira collision for the empty lightweight title in Las Vegas on 28 June.
